Return Policy

At aivariabled.com, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process easy for you.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, bags, and any accessories received with the product.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
  • Personalized Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Intimates: Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at service@aivariabled.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Shipping: Pack your item(s) securely and include a copy of the original invoice along with the RA#. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.
  • Prepaid Label: If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Process: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at service@aivariabled.com with a description and photos of the issue.
  • Resolution: We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged or defective items.

International Returns

  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes associated with returning items from outside the United States.
  • Return Process: Follow the same return process as outlined above. Include clear markings on the package indicating it is a return to avoid additional customs fees.
